I cant make it this weekend, I have my last final on thursday and then I'm driving down to see my family in portland over winter break. I'd love to hit the slopes sometime after break, I'll also bring my other subaru buddy with a wicked BRAT. You guys have a great time this weekend.

Monday the 22nd ?????
Anyone interested in going up to Stevens Pass on Monday the 22nd ? Last Saturday was awesome, powder every where !!!!
If so send me an email at home (halllake@gte.net) since I will not be back to work until the 30th after tomorrow. Then we can figure out if we want to carpool or meet somewhere.
Cheers
Tom

Doh, I slacked off checking this site... oh well, hope y'all had fun up on the mountain.
Been going up most weekends myself, though last Sunday will probably be the last time this season (unless there's some fresh snow by Saturday). I've graduated from newbie to bluebie and next season I'll be gunning for the blacks!
Snoqualmie is easily accessible but Summit West is definately for the unwashed masses - good for learning but you'll outgrow it pretty quick. Central has more blues and Alpental is supposed to be decent blacks.
Stevens was kinda fun - nice long runs - but a long-*** drive and the runs were under-rated imho. (The section of "black diamond" I ski'd was no more challenging that the blue I was doing down at Crystal so I aint counting it
)
Crystal was the most fun and challenge I found, not to mention the most spectacular views!
Bonkers. :banana:
