Snow/Rain Tires for 05 STi BBS wheels

m looking for some really cheap winter tires for my 05 sti in the seattle area. If anyone would like to get rid of their crappy tires, let me know. so, if anyone knows where i can get a new set for practically nothing, let me know. Seattle area.......
