I have called for a change of guard a many long time ago but the J won't give it up which tells me it is a ****-oc, dictatorship run by a few people in it for them selves and to personally gain from self-promotion.

#3 - I think I miss my long beautiful flowing locks, but I just can't get past "that stage" to get it back to that length. It is much easier to keep shorn to the skull.
