Question,
Sorry, too lazy to use the search. I'm thinking of moving from Hawaii (no emissions) to seattle (emissions?) What is the ideal set up for exhaust over there. Does the lack of Cats cause one to fail emissions tests? Sorry Im a NOOB, and ignant. Thanks in advance.
