Hey All,

Im moving from LA back to Portland. I have been down here for school but can't wait to get back.

I have a 2005 STI running catless. I have had it on the dyno and is tunned to the point that it passes emmisions running at high rev but not at idle.

I can put a cat back in (probibly down pipe) to get it to pass but I am still worried about the noise level.

Any word on "nice" DEQ locations? Hints and tips on registration?
