02-03 wrx

I'm going to be purchasing a wrx within next 2 or 3 month and my limits $15k.. closer to $10k is better I'd even go for one with salvaged title and all fixed up one.. Is it possible to find one in WA for less then $15k?

go look on ebay.. I think there's some guy selling 02 wrx for around 15k in washington.. it has salvage title i think.
