In case you haven't noticed (nobody seemed to or at least said anything) the pic was photochoped. I am attaching the real pic. I also redid it with it lowered and tint. And I will get working on the wing that MonkeyAB suggested. Now that I see it, maybe I should just paint my rims, lower it, get some side markers and nice lights. Tint looks ok too, but only 35% is leagal in MD. Thanks for the input.

This is what i did to my RS before converting to a WRX. BTW this is an 04. I say add a bodykit first then drop it, but that's just me.

I had it painted and installed on my 04 WRX, but it is still a working project.

new wheels: get some rotas. they're inexpensive.
springs/struts or coil overs: you can get some eibach springs pretty cheap.

that'll make the car handle nicer and get your looks straightened out. maybe buy some prepainted silver side skirts to cover up the rocker panels down there.. ummm.. dunno what else. you can start doing some power mods, but the main way you'll make power is by going FI, which is $$
