What a project to undertake...looks like you'll be putting down big numbers soon. Much respect Dan.....if it all works out maybe you can drop one into mine? j/k

Can I ask roughly what it costs for the parts to get the block etc???

hah after i finish my car I will be done working on subaru's for awhile. i'm pretty much dead after working on the car. much respect to the mechanics that can do this everyday.

I sourced the parts from IA Performance out in Az. I saved a good amount by getting it all in a package (complete motor, transmission w/ shifter linkage, drivesahft, rear end w/ brembos) I also hooked Stephen@IAP up with some wheels for a nice price Total for the parts came out right at $8750. Also I have already sold my stock 5 speed for $800 locally and will be selling the stock ej205 pretty soon and am hoping to get a good amount back from that aswell.

yea looking for over 400whp. depends on the dyno really. at gruppe-s i want to get 400whp on race gas. If it's a dyno jet then around 450-475 on race gas would be sweet

slagehammer - I'm always down to shoot some new photos. Also some video of the car in action on race gas
