the paint looks pretty good, the wheels look pretty good, my only complaint it how choppy the cuts on the wheel wells look.

 

Very nice, dSpec! I was thinking of getting the rally kit for my TC3 R34 Skyline (ya, a rallying r34) but haven't had the time; how does it handle?

I've had rocks in my steering too; helps to have a speed controller that can brake real well.

How many turns on the motor?

 

The wheel wells look better now. That was just some Dremel work I had to do.

The car handles well, just make sure your servo is powerful enough to handle the dirt.

The motor installed is a 10x2 Trinity D6.

Yeah I was about to get the Tamiya one at first, but my friend who works at this hobby shop hooked me up with a free body. Maybe the next one will be a Tamiya one =].

Too bad I can't make it out to Vegas. Too much school and my race car is broken down (needs a bunch of parts). Are you?

Also...I'll be putting up new pics of the car tomorrow night. Installed Blue HIDs (J/K, they're blue LEDs).

Hi all, just getting into the sport and would appreciate any help I can get with mods for my 04 SUbaru WRC TB-02 Japan Rally edition. I would like to turn it into a dirt rally car. I still need to get get a controller and battery/charger. I haven't gotten my kit yet but figured I would reach out to you guys so that when I return from vacation I will have some sort of game plan! Thanks!
