I don't know how but his message has been deleted.....Oh well good bye **** boy!!! WRX wagon 2b, the reason i went with the tein is bcs i've heard alot of good thing about them and the place i bought them from gave me a good deal with the edfc and shipped to Canada. I could have gone with something local but i like to be different besides i like being able to adjust dampening on the flyat the push of a button. I'll let you know what i think of them Thursday after i pick up my car and i'll try to post pics of it as well.....

very nice.....so here's the burning question, how do like them? Mine is being put in as we speak along with solid front and rear links as well as white line anti lift kit. There aren't to many people with this set up are there? One more question have you done any auto crossing with it since you've had it installed?
Thanks for the pics and keep them coming....i know some of you guys from Hawaii have the tein flex so lets see the pics..

im a n00b....
ok ok im a somewhat n00b when it comes to tuning everything. what does dampering actually do? is it the soft/hard ride? i know a lil bit like "the BMW suspension is hard but the dampering is good so the ride isnt harsh".
HEHE break it down in lamens terms

Seems to be the norm with what i've been hearing from alot of people. But i talked to SPI Motorsports about this issue and they told me that if they are set up properly that they shouldn't make any noise, i've also heard that if you upgrade the rear strut tower tops to STI that it takes care of the problem......I already had the Sti tops so when i pick it up tomorrow we'll see if it makes a dif. Thanks for the input.

well i just drove my car home from Lachute subaru with my new Tein's and i got to say that, they're not to bad at all. There's no popping in the rear, the only thing that i'm hearing is a squishing noise from the gas in the suspension. But there's no popping that i hear alot of people complaining about, the problem i was told that causes the popping noise is improper installation. The EDFC is pretty sweet as well i drove home on the softest setting and even that was pretty stiff but alot better than full hard....there's only about 3" of suspension travel which isn't alot at all, and springs definitly are not progressive. Well the car is back in the garage for atleast another couple of months untill the snow is gone, then i'll be able to play with it a bit more.......anyway blah, blah, blah..........

Try replacing the tops with the Sti top mounts i've heard that it makes a difference, thats what i did with mine form the get go. How bad is the noise does it happen with every bump in the road or just the big ones........Another thing thast i like is that it really takes the dive and lift out as well. Any way good luck....

How much are the STI mounts? i haven't seen them any where.
It makes the noise over every bump. I need to do something because it is really starting to get to me. As far as everything else goes, I love it. It's great suspension.
