Yeah fast food is the devil! I totally agree, this driver needs to drop at least 40lbs more

But you definitely feel the weight reduction at the lower end (before boost). It pulls quicker. I dropped all the stuff I pulled out on a bathroom scale, and it's more or less 200lbs of stuff. This includes everything, those steel bolts and seat belt anchors all add up

Which sort of racing are you preparing your car for? You're on Oahu, right? Are you beating 18hr (Mike) yet?

Thanks guys, I'm still learning to drive the car properly. Suffice to say my quarter mile time isn't much better than it is in my wrx. I'll get some AutoX time in soon in it also. For the coilovers I'm leaning towards cuscos myself.

Thats the custom Burger King Lowering kit, a lot cheaper than coilovers. Only 5 dollars per trip.

Alot... sounds like a wrc car when you watch speed channel

You hear all the dirt being kicked up by the tires and lots of metal creaking.

2 more things coming out this weekend:
carpeting and headliner

You might want the wing back on for tracking it.

Dry ice is your friend when removing the sound deadening beats the hell out of scraping it off for hours.

Did you ditch the heater core and so on as well?
