for sure, it's actually my chicks car, and yeah, I've been flamed on here for not post-processing my images, I can make anything look good, it's always great when it just looks good ya know. Thanks for the compliments though, I'm sure Suz'll chime in at one point...

using 18-55 Canon lens (came with the XTi). I used landscape setting, 0 correction, I did take out some blue though, I shot in raw and converted on the comp.

thanks bro, yeah, I wasn't even planning on getting a camera, but I saw this one, snapped a few in circuit city and fell in love with it, the bump to 10.1 MP helped in my decision (=

I started with the Digital Rebel (my first DSLR) and then got the 20D when it came out. The faster shooting (3 vs 5fps) was what I really was after, and the extra control is nice as well. The 30 is a nice camera too - the bigger LCD and a bigger sensor too.

One day I want one of the fancy-pants cameras as well - unless I start my own photography business though I'll have a hard time justifying $7k for the body alone!

yeah, I went with this one cuz it was nice but was in the price range I could afford. The 3v5 doesn't matter too much to me, but the shutter speed of 1/8000v1/4000 does...that would be something I might use...but the weight too, I like the XTi's weight over the 20 or 30D...both are wonderful cameras though

as for the MarkII goodness, I like expensive things. I don't get them often, but I will one day get one (=
