omg, i cant figure it out, ive been trying to make a black box around the photos in adobe photoshop its so simple but why cant if igure it out!!! someone help!!

You can just make the canvas size a bit bigger on width and height then fill in the new white area with black.

super mut, ctrl-a, edit>stroke : width 4, center location, and black or whatever color you want, and hit ok.
