He's running Tein Flex which is a coilover system, so springs AND struts are no longer needed. Hence the added cost of a coilover system.

I recommend Tein Flex, just for the quality, ride height adjustability without adjusting pre-load of the spring. Meaning you can adjust height without sacrificing handling.

My setup.

Tein Flex
18x8.5 5-Zigen FNO1R-C

i know you'd like it. but only thing is that you got to watch out for potholes and speed bumps! its like 6 inch high..... i got to adjust the ride height alittle higher! i got the TIEN FLEX 's like what bassplayrr said. get it! DO IT!

1700 is pretty cheap........in a way. but go check out www.tien.com or check out your local race shop. it took me a while to save up for this...... like a year!

here is my car on s-tech springs, i am looking for shocks for my car but i doubt any can handle a drop like this so i am just thinking of getting some koni inserts. they cant go as low as the flex's but i think its the lowest drop for springs out there?
