i actually havent done much with the height settings myself, but from what the review says, it seems complicated. like i sed i have no experience with it, which is why i said it is allegedly not the easiest to adjust (sorry i might have not used that word). either way, im totally happy with these and would reccomend them totally for anyone wanting a beginning coil set with nice mid-high end features.
yah basically just jack up the car, take off the wheel.... loosen up the twisty thing with the twisty thing-tool. spin it around so it goes down some... spin the other one/with the spring down... tighten.

thanks man, ill remember that when i change it up again. for now im happy with the level and i just got some spensive alignment done haha. thanks for the advice

That's actually the wrong way to do it. You're adjusting the spring preload by doing it that way. The proper way to adjust ride height is to unbolt those two bolts at the bottom, and loosen the bottom purple collar with the spanner wrenches (the twisty tool things), then spin the sleeve up or down. If you do it the other way, you are adjusting height, but you're doing so by compressing or decompressing the spring.
