Already did, ran a 17.2 with the 1.8L motor about 8 years ago I believe.

Mike,

What is the advantage to the lower flatter rear diffuser you use now as opposed to the one with a greater angle up with larger fins you previously used. Does the flatter angle improve downforce, or is it jsut so that it could be extended to the full width of the car?

Our previous diffuser was too aggressive, it looked cool in the rain going down the front straight with big *** rooster tails but as I said was too aggressive.

We have actually had to take out a lot of rear downforce as with all the new improvements the driver was complaining of too much grip.

Oh come on you can never have TO MUCH grip, but you can have unbalanced grip .

The new aero package on the L is amazing, the new diffuser actually makes MORE downforce than the old one. The conclusion after watching some video and reports from people driving behind us, we determined that the old diffuser was stalling out at high speeds. The new diffuser probably makes a little less downforce at lower speeds but is incredibly effective above 100-120mph. The old one would have just made a lot of drag at those speeds.
