That sucks man. I know how you feel. I got my WRX broken into last year.. no more than 5 months old. Took everything, including my CD's... but left me my 80s mix. I guess he wasn't a big fan of the 80s. No damage to the actual car, but it was the principle of the thing.. and he left my door open in the freezing cold.

I hope your car gets fixed soon, bro.
That reminds me... there's this stupid idiot on my street with a new VW Beetle 1.8T who always goes WOT past my house and revvs and does crap like that. On one hand I want to have him race me only to see he will get beat soo bad, but then I don't want him to get butt hurt and **** with my car.

This kinda stuff sucks, I had people try to break in to my old Legacy and someone even threw a Corona bottle at it and left a huge dent. Also had ALL 4 tires slashed on my RS when it sat outside my friends house overnight. If I only could have caught these jerks in the act they would have got a nice view of my foot being smashed into their face. I hope your WRX gets fixed soon man, best of luck.

Well it looks like it's going to cost $1800 to fix the damage.

Dumb people! At least take some thing since you are at it! You should have left nice piece of you know what for them as a present.

at least you dont have a 04 with mesh seat material. it would be soooo hard to get every bit of glass out of the lil holes in the 04 mesh seats.

Not to go against anything anyone has said on here.. But verbally bashing your wife for this matter clearly places no significance on what happened. It's an accident, **** happens, you live on... You should be thankful that she wasnt hurt. As much as I love my car, its still a material item.

I apologize for what happened to your car, but try to cool your jets. It's just a car. Your wife on the otherhand is irreplaceable.

Boost.

It's not your wife's fault... I mean she just wanted heated seats. I would have gladly offered it to my wife if I had it.

Plus, this could have happened to any car. Be happy your wife wasn't in the car when this happened... it's just a car... It's no where near as important as your wife. Just take a breather.

I know it wasn't my wife's fault but it was a mistake to take it. And now once I've calmed down and looked back on it that it's not that bad. It just sucks and I needed someone to blame. Even though it's not her fault, I know. It's frustrating.

No worries anymore. Car is in the shop and hopefully we'll get it back by the end of the week good as new. And the work being done is guaranteed for the life of the car.

Thanks for listening
