bought a battery box kit on ebay, came with a box and 10 feet of power cable. also have a yellow top optima. It was a b*tch to make a braket for it, took a couple hours to mount the sub and battery but i think it looks clean. :bounce:

two things. first, enlighten me on generally how one wires the battery from the trunk to the engine. im a subaru noob but any specifics would be great. also, youre in rockville, know any good tuner/mechanic shops in the area?

I just connected a 2 guage wire from the positive cable in the engine bay to the back, ground the battery to my back seat belt bolt. the best place in Maryland would have to be Altered Atmosphere they are located in gaithersburg MD (next to the air park) they specialize in turbo cars evo, wrx/sti,300zx etc. plus they have a four wheel drive dyno.
