Pic Request - bugeyes with bonnets lifted at the windscreen?
as the title says, looking for some pics of bugeyes with the bonnet lifted at the windscreen edge and if anyone knows how to do it.

I haven't seen too many pics of this done on Subies. I did it with my SE-R (sorry, no pics), and all I did was go to the hardware store and get longer bolts for where the hinges connect to the hood, then throw some spacers between the hood and the hinges. It's a fun and easy mod, but it's probably not good for a Suby with a top-mounted intercooler, as it may negatively effect the seal between the scoop and the intercooler. Just my thinking on the subject. Search around and you may find different opinions.

I've seen it on at least one person's bugeye. not sure how it's done but i imagine it shouldn't be that bad. Oh and i believe the elivated bonnet is suppose to let hot air escape from the engine bay thus lowering the tempature in the engine bay.
