Well the ice and stupid people got the best of me. Background story is:

Driving to work on a day with only a 20% chance of percip. which turned into an inch and a have of snow and ice. I come around a curve where a lady has side swiped a utility truck. I could go around but there is guy in the middle of the road waving me down. I take the lesser of the two and aim for the back of the Montero and geti this little boo-boo

Well crap but my airbags didn't go so I'm thinking I still have my Impreza and a little higher premiums without the manslaughter charges. As I get out and wait for the cops to get there I stand freezing along the side of the road and watch as now a minivan and truck come around the corner on the ice. Mother "F"er is what I mumble as now the van leaves me this.

The highway patrol show up and issue warnings to everyone since nothing could be done to prevent this multicar pile up we are causing.

Well now I have over 7,000 in damage to my car and the insurance is wanting to total the car. But since the HP said it was 2 seperate accidents they only total about 4500 for one and 2800 for the other. Anyway to end the story I talk the bodyshop into a little something extra:



I just need someone to steal the engine so I can get a STi put in it

 

Grrr to the red x's. I was slowing down just because its a turn that then leads downhill. Prolly aroung 15 to 20 and still about 10- 15 when I hit the Montero. The van was doing about 20-25. when she sideswiped me.
