Maybe he got distracted by your wheels. That sucks, but you may come out on top in the end. Maybe some new wheels?

 

ouch! man, i feel ya. i've had 4 of my cars taken out by ppl... while my cars were parked. at least the guy who hit you took responsibility, mine were all hit & runs. it'll work out for ya, it's just a pain in the *** till you get there.

 

not alot of those people are around. Most people won't even take full responsibility when it is there fault.

Ah man, that sucks. Glad your okay, but on the bright side, the other party is taking full responsibility. I had my first accident in my wrx in a fry's parking lot....hit and run.
