hey thanks..so far just helix rear swaybar/endlinks, and 17 asa wheels from my previous car, n tint, and skunk2 catback, 6000k hids

soon to go on will b: swift springs, pioneer avic d1 navi, sound system, n up/down pipe but dun know which brand yet, and turbo xs recirculating bov,sti side spiltters

You have some Helix parts so you could do the Helix DP,UP. Plan on clearing the headlights?

I have an Invidia DP and I love it. Get an AP first though!

Clearing the headlights is easy. If you do a search for "baking headlights" you can find the directions. I was sort of worried but it was so easy.

 

ok kool where do i get the accesport? wat does it do specificaly? i know engine management but i want to learn more...

 

a couple people have used ones or you can check with one of the vendors on here. I'll find a link with more AP info than I can recall off the top of my head.

well how does the stages go? how would i get it to load? lol sorrie for the newbie questions, is it like a reflash? does it control boost? or yah

 

stage 1 is stock
stage 2 is turbo back exhaust

you can load pre-made maps or get a custom tune from a shop for your mods. yes, it's a reflash so you retain your stock ECU. You have the option to unmarry it so if you needed a stock ECU for emissions. You can have a map with a specific boost pressure but you cannot change it at will unless you change to a different(more aggressive map) Another bonus is the fact that you can read your check engine light

 

cool...if i get up pipe or intake or bov would i need to get a diffrnt map/stage? is it complicated to use? i was planning on getting it custome tuned later on, i live near gruppe-s so they can use the ap to tune it? will i still b safe running just the stage 2 with out the custom tune?
