My new 06 wagon

Finally purchased my first Suby last Tuesday. Its hard to stay out of this thing! Pretty much any excuse for me to drive somewhere, I take the oppurtunity. :wiggles: It has much more acceleration than my Explorer Sport Trac :eek3: I had an Integra GSR previously, but I'd be insulting the Subaru if I would try to compare the 2.

It was either the Steel Gray or Black, and after I saw a Steel Gray 06 STI at the dealership, I was sold on the Steel Gray.

A couple I took that night:

2 Days after:

Couple interior pics:

Finally, the coolest name for a store:

Lets hear what you guys think.

Sweet. I test drove one that color the other day just to play around and see the difference.
Decided a trade in was NOT in my future...at least not for the WRX....an STi....well, my wife would kill me

Damn I wanna go test drive an '06 just to feel how that 2.5 liter feels!

Must be so great to not have so much turbo lag.

Biggest improvement that you'll notice and be surprised by is the feel of the manual gearbox in the WRX. It was amazing. Like warm apple pie

like warm apple pie! LOL LOL I'd say very buttery.

De-badging will be done, dont worry. I wish someone made a neutral Suby emblem color. (cuz the only options I've seen are blue or pink)

Thanks for letting me in the wagon club. :P

I'll tell ya, the new front ends def. grew on me. (i'm a little biased) At the dealership there was an 06 sitting amongst a bunch of 05's, and man, the 06 front end looks so much more aggressive.

Thanks for the props!

It's not like you consulted us prior to buying the car

We're gonna have to get tougher entry requirements.....lol.

I've seen four 2006 WRX (2 Sti's) on the road...in motion...man they are amazing looking. The headlights folks...screw the pig nose....the headlights are what makes the car.
