No.....they are LEDs in the stereo....a total of 7 LEDs went in with resistors also. Im gonna do my HVAC ones next then the cluster. Thanks for the replys

i don't get the big deal with the blue LEDs, but i guess they can be sorta cool... green is better for the eyes though.

 

The LEDs were actually kind of costly. I went though 9 of them and each of them cost around $2.00 Plus you have to add the resistors which is another $2-5. I think it was a good investment though. The blue doesnt strain your eyes as much as you think
