some ppl say it will iproving gas mileage, turbo response, throttle response, improves electric power, and make headlights brighter, but some ppl say it doesnt help.

i would say its lowered w/ jic coilovers...
the wires are a type of grounding system

masiolli: the quality of the JIC's are excellent, I've had them on for about 3-4k miles now and they still feel brand new. I've gone to buttonwillow track day once with them and they performed very well. The ride is what you get with most coilovers, a stiff feel that may or may not be tolerable depending on the person. I've tried daily driver with it on full soft but i actually found them to be too bumpy, right now I have them on a good setting that is comfortable for me (think most european suspension but on crack).

I just put the same wheels on my wgn. I went 18x8 with 225x45...You have good taste! you can check my post "my blk wgn" Do you feel the difference with the ground system? Looks cool but I like things that work...........How does that BOV work? I am looking for more turbo resp, any suggestions?
