thanks everyone, yes AZ plate that has been expired since March. LOL
I have it registered in IL with new plates but the old one is double sided taped on there. jdm rear bumper...holes don't line up.

That is a tough question since the previous owner had it done. He had it repainted by a place that is supposed to be the best...he however, was not impressed with the paint job and had it redone by a Lotus dealer in Scottsdale. I think that was ~$7k.

Any info on the power. I'd like to know what RPM you hit full boost at. How much boost are you running? Do you have any dyno graphs?
