this is my 1987 Subaru RX, It has a stock ea82t, i just threw a top mount on it, and a 2.5 inch cat back exhaust. I'm currently in the process of finding a cheap ej22 or ej25 turbo or non turbo to swap in. It's not the prettiest car ever, but it's unique and that's what i'm about. The car has 190K on the body and unknown miles on the newer engine. Compression in each cylinder ranges from 148 to 152, which is great for this engine, I was surprised.

If anyone has any advise on either modding the ea82 or swapping the ej, or even just some info about the RX i'd greatly appreciate it.

well just got 'er back, now has a safc II waiting for install, fixed the major exhaust leak, soon will be 280z turbo injectors, with the safc hooked up and a complete 2.5 inch exhaust

well, fuel pump just went out after the trek back from sacramento. I graduated on the 18th. Probably one of the best experiences of my life so far going there.

 

very cool but i think i like it better white with the stock hood and maybe a side or front mount ic.

yeah, I'm eventually going to go back to the stock hood, and go FMIC. Not really a fan of the scoop not fitting, plus it just looks like a pig with it..

But no i didn't go to sac state, I went to wyotech.
