Your right flipmode. I also like the blacked out look, but I would have to do the same with the rears to balance it out. I went searching elsewhere and saw the same thing. But have yet to see any of the tail lights be blacked out.

No, I don't mind the 06 tails. I did some searching an saw that you can get overlays from blue batmoblie. I think I might give this a try if I can get a set for both the headlights and tails.

FYI - you can't bake the taillights, they are made of a weaker plastic and will melt in the oven. someone tried already and ruined their tails
