I love the drop on your car! I put swifts on my 04 wagon but the drop isnt the same. I think I got the revised ones

RE: paint on the muffler tip -- It comes that way. It's the JDM version STI Genome Sports Muffler. The ones available through Subaru/SPT are either unstamped or just have the STI logo painted. Some people like it, some don't. I happen to like it quite a bit.
RE: PSI -- I don't want to quote the wrong numbers off the top of my head, so it'd be better to ask this in a wheel/tire forum.
RE: Swifts -- Yeah, I'm pretty sure mine are the unrevised ones. Some people are thinking of putting the revised rears on and leaving the unrevised fronts. I don't like the bigger front fender gap on the revised springs, so I might do the same. I think the back on the unrevised ones are dumped just a little too much. And yes, I got mine through Mann Engineering, too. Great vendor!
