Latest mod on my scoobie :(
I am really depressed over this...
I was driving along, going to work and I was really tired, at a 100km/h I passed out, smacked a guardrail on the left, bounced off and then right (so I was told since I woke up once the car was stopped already)
Thats what happens when you work stupid hours at night driving a truck without a day off. I cant even claim it to insurance cause they will write the car off, I have close to $7000 or more damage (Thats in canadian funds), besides I don't want a claim on my record.
What makes this all worse, I was almost charged with 8 charges and DWI was one of them but there was no proof of me being drunk so they ended up not charging me with anything cause I didnt hit anyone except for the guardrails.
I know I am looking for alot of parts, from a quick visual inspection I was told that I need:
2x Fenders
2x Corner lamps
Front bumper
two rims
two tires
alot of suspension work on the right side
possible rear too
fix the rear fender
Looks like my scoobie is coming off the road for a while and I am going to have to get another car to drive, some cheap beater to get me from A to B
Here are the pics, kinda crappy cause of the night but today I'll have day pics and complete estimate.

sorry bro, I did the same thing once working too much plus a hour and a half commute, I managed to go off the road on to a hill, messed up a rim and filled the bottom of the car with brusheries but no bad damage. Really sorry for the trouble and best of luck with repairs. You might be able to save some cash by scrounging 'round the junkyards.

Looks better than my 2.5RS did when I smacked it into a guardrail... $9500 later and it looks pretty again, and I babied it before, so I know how you feel. It sat for 4 months.

You see, in my case most of the damage is concentrated in the suspension, there is alot of suspension damage, the front wheel is pushed back so far its touching the fender, who knows what else there is. They appraised the car at $10k cdn.
btw, do you have any pictures of your damage?
