alright, im having some trouble with my right rear suspension. before i put these springs on i had the STi struts on it already, and a few days before i put the springs on i started hearing a knocking noise whenever i hit a pothole, or any small dip in the road. this noise was identical to the one i was hearing in the front when i was sure i hadnt completely tightened the top nut on the strut (lack of air tools, had to fix the next day) so after hearing this last night i took all my seats out and tightened the top nut with an air wrench. so i take it about a block, and there is no noise, then it slowly started coming back. i went back, tightened it again, then went and drove, and same thing happened. i dont know what could be wrong, my best guess is my strut is messed up. someone help

STi struts have been developing a clunking sound. Are yours USDM takeoffs?

Make sure the spring is seated and clocked properly and that the upper spring perch is parallel to the lower spring perch. You'll probably have to remove the strut assembly to verify this.

Cool

hey, just wondering what you thought about the kartboy shifter & bushings. Im thinkning bout getting a short throw for my STi. Oh, and how does the vishnu tbe perform and sound. I haven't started my modding journey yet besides removing the intake silencer and replacing the stars badge on the front with the pink " I ". Thanks in advanced for the review.
