Just painted my side skirts...
To start off i had to remove them from the car.. After removing the little clips that hold them in place I cleaned the side skirts with Soap and water then DX103 plastic parts cleaner from PPG. I then sanded the side skirts down with 180grit paper to give the primer something to adhere too.

Next after the parts were cleaned and sanded I applied 3 coats of PPGS K36 primer. After the parts came out of the booth i wet sanded them with 400 and 600 grit sand paper.

After i sanded the parts down and cleaned them again i applied 3 coats of PPGs DBC paint.

After the 3 coats of paint I applied 4 coats of PPGs dcu2021 clear coat.
I havent installed them on the car yet because I ran out of time. The pieces are still drying in the paint booth. Will post more pics later on.
