v mount, has it so the radiator and intercooler get the most air possible for the space.. and reduces piping to the ic for less lag

The sad thing is that in all likelihood you can't. Typically things like that are custom fabricated for the application. In other words unless you have the money or your own fabrication shop a sweet setup like that is a bit out of the average Joes means
