How do i post pictures?

I was just wondering how do i post a picture on this site. I tried b4 but it said the file was too big. Can some1 walk me through the steps to post a picture.

To post pictures through the forum they need to be pretty small, 51KB, you can open up the Paint program and resize them in there, using the strech/skew tool.
