I agree. The wing is DOPE.
I can't remember where I read it, or the details of the article, but I do recall seeing somewhere (think it was on the sparco WRX) about reversing the scoop after front mounting the intercooler actually decreasing the engine bay temperature.
The physics seem sound enough as the hot air from the engine bay can rise out of the inverted scoop without fight with air entering the scoop....

Nope wont work the stock hoodscoop base isnt symetrical (sp)? so ti wont look good reversed, sorry.

I never argued the fact that is isn't symetrical. But as the picture shows, it can be done, and does look good. I guess Sparco did what I plan to do and just use body filler and smooth over the joints of the scoop once it is remounted backways. But is anyone arguing that it does look good, or that there could be benefits to gain from reversing the scoop? Share your view. I want to hear.
