Hello everyone,

My first post here...just want to say hello and thank you for the great information that I've been reading for the past months. Finally bought a 2004 WRB WRX Sedan. I love this thing!

Pictures below. Have a couple of quick questions for you all:

1. Anyone else feel like the armrest extension get's in the way of shifting?
2. Will the STI up pipe really improve performance?
3. Where can I get 2004 WRX/STI stuff?

I've got the following on the way:

1. OEM turbo gauge (which I think mounts to the left of the wheel as the tach is in the middle now)

2. 35% tint all the way around

3. IMPREZA badge for the back hatch

4. MattJK lcd with Pionner DVD in the pod on top

5. Momo Air **** on right now

don't want to void my warranty........so guessing STI ecu chip is the only engine mod I can do.................correct?

are those the gruppe-s ones?

I had done the "baking mod" to my Matrix and it eventually it chipped.

I'm in Northern Virginia.


Now back to ordering parts as I go into my third day of ownership

parts on the list include:

STI uppipe
STI exhaust

Would the 2004 headlights be susceptible to chips from the baking mod also?? If so.. I'd have to think twice about doing it
