Here is my theory on the end links. The main reason the end links are what they are stock, is because they are made to break if you hit something hard with your rim. They will snap and prevent any damage to the chassis and/or sway bar itself or any of its mounting hardware.
Solid endlinks will not break. Also, they bind, clunk and generally don't have much give/play. Which is why people replace them. They make everything tight.
If you have a good beefy sway bar, endlinks are not needed, unless you want your car to behave like you have a 38mm sway bar (jk) and don't care about potential damage.
That's my 0.02 cents. I am sure lots of people will disagree with me, but I have seen what happens to cars that get bumped with endlinks installed.
This is more of a personal opinion. It isn't "THE" thruth. Just some thinking...

Looking great alex!
On the endlinks subject, they probably are fine on your car but I would not suggest that for everybody. For example on my forester I flipped my endlinks during hard driving, so that they looked like a Macaroni Noodle (Should be like a I, they looked like a C) and this caused me to upgrade.

Mmmmmm....Cusco.
Nice ride, Alex. It's been a while. Haven't seen you on much lately, and I was in a CUSCO withdrawl stage for a bit.

alex, you got me thinking about my endlinks which are binding-
i believe in your theory somewhat- but i had to change mine- mine were bent like macoroni-
i'm wondering if some mild stiffening of the frame would help offset any "potential" damage or wear on the chasis because of solid endlinks....
either way- the way i see it- if i'm gonna crash i'm probably gonna crash hard-
so i am more concerned if solid endlinks have a "daily" effect on the chasis...
as far as the oil filters... ha! since i work for honda now i might just sport some honda filters!

PureONE baby! That's one of the first things I noticed... the one and only facet of my own car that is on par with this magnificent machine.
...wait- I've got kartboy solid rear links! Ha! ....Oh crap- now stock ones are better? Oh well. (j/k) I'll never keep up
