How much low end loss? Since Ive got a 2.0L i need all the low end I can get...thats a big concern of mine. I know they are pricey, but ****...its not like I havent dropped a lot of money on my RS already, you know exactly how it is Id love to hear how yours sounds with the cams! I would imagine its pretty burly!

I won't get any "big" cams on the smaller 2.0l motor unless you plan on using it mostly for drag racing.
Maybe somethin akin to stage 1 or 2's and a nice midsize fpgreen/20g turbo.

The car did sound pretty "mean"..but that got me too many looks from cops,...so i switched out to fairly quiet Borla hush exhuast.

It still sounds manly tho.

The cars at Gruppe-S awaiting a 104 octane race gas tune and the final wiring/programing of the antilag/launch control of the Hydra EM.

It should be able to run 10's with around 430-440whp...so your right about having the power on tap,..its just a matter of finishing/fine tuning the car...and working out a few bugs.

I more then anybody would like to see this happen...really.

Just picked the car up from Gruppe-S a couple days ago...they "fine tuned" the setup alittle with a new intake and a few extra minor things and a retune...its starting to get alittle hairy even on the pump/meth map now

We'll be hitting the track soon as the car is runing tip top..with a great tune by Mike.

I'll post some better/new pics up soon as i got a new camera.

Mark

Nice

Mark,

The work on the car looks very clean. To say the least, (sleeper) White Lightning.
I know an intercooler spray would not give all that much more power but it seems who ever did the work on the car could put a decent alcohol spray sytem in. Besides it give ya one more gizmo / button to have inside the car. Win win!

I saw a car show where these guys were using ice to cool air in a twin turbo dragster set up.

Could something like that work for your front mount?
