now beside that above paragraph, whats the step that one would take to make it work on a 02-03..

I took at look at my car from the side and even with the parking lights on, you can still see the round light (faintly). Besides, the more I think about it, if you're going to get T-boned, it will likely be because someone is trying to run a red light or intersection more than likely. If you're the one getting T-boned at night, then either you don't have your headlights on when you should or the oncoming car doesn't have their headlights on. Either that or one or both of you are suck-@$$ drivers. Besides, don't the brake light housings have red reflectors built into them?
When I step on the brake, the outside brake lights light up, so I don't feel so bad about this mod anymore. The JDM appearance stays
As for the 02-03 bugeye models, you could always just remove the middle light bulb for a different look while maintaining the outside light with your parking lights on. The process should be nearly identical to the above DIYs (assuming you have similar brake wiring harnesses).

it's easy to figure out who i am on nasioc(my aim screenname is this one, and it's listed on the other board)... but i'm wondering how zoeb knows my real-life name...
oh yeah, and cannibal... i'm saying for 2002-2003 owners... so there's no round light that pertrudes. you can sometimes see it but not very well...
the way i fixed it is that i have JDM sidemarkers

it's easy to figure out who i am on nasioc(my aim screenname is this one, and it's listed on the other board)... but i'm wondering how zoeb knows my real-life name...

JDM sidemarkers? You mean near the front of the car? Can you post a pic or a link to a pic? I'm confused...
