I traded my 04 for an 03 or 02 and it fit perfectly. hope that helps

edit: Ohh.. but you might have to trade springs too.

cool, is it a hard procedure or pretty easy? i read a little and saw that the key might be a bit of a PITA.

Easy peezee. it wasn't hard at all. the key thing WAS a PITA... but all you have to do is take a good screwdriver and push the clip away from you... you'll bend the teeth a little,... but it's SOOOO worth the bending. Good Luck!

oOOH and make sure if you're trading... both of you carry the trunk. AND put something song underneath it while taking the trunck off. and ummm yeah.. get a blanket to put the trunk on so you won't be a noob and scratch it up on the ground.

hope you dont mind if i jump in here, but i have a '04 aspen white sti and am looking to get rid of my trunk with sti spoiler. looking for either a wrx trunk with wrx spoiler or no spoiler.

my trunk has had all the badges removed other than the sti badge. in located in either the san mateo area or the tracy.
