WTT: my Bugeye cloth for your leather interior
Hi all. I recently picked up a WRX and love it so far, but I much prefer leather over cloth. Seriously looking to trade the standard black/blue cloth interior for 2002-03 OEM or similar black leather interior. I have cash, power tools, garage, and willing to do the work, just need a trade partner. +2 if heated.

My research says it was available, although it wasn't a popular option, thus not many around. Regardless of which is true, I'm not rich enough to pop for a new aftermarket interior....

Some dealers (e.g. Rons Price in So. SF) installed aftermarket leather skin & added to invoice as option, so it is NOT OEM leather option.

My friend got his WRX back in 2002 from them w/ that leather option. I think it cost him about $800-$1000, so you can probably get the skin yourself cheaper.

I've seen quite a few bugeyes with leather and they all look similar, likely the same shop was customizing them for the dealers.
Cheapest I've found the skins is ~$700. Me installing it is priceless....
