alright so i bought a trunk off some guy at night. Find out the next morning that the "residue left from waxing" was actually the clearcoat lifting and pealing. So i want to trade it for a Wingless WRB trunk, straight trade. All you'll have to do is have someone sand the clearcoat down and reclear it. A member on here told me he can do it for $100 and he's in SF.

yea my buddy jeremy lives a couple houses away from him. Still still for trade but iono about it after next week. We have a paint guy at Nissan where i work, ima ask him on Tuesday how much he'll charge to reclear it. He painted my boys front bumper, front lip, rear bumper, the center piece in the back under the tail light and his trunk for under $300! lols and it turned out HELLA GOOD.

 

damn that's a good price. i'm the white bugeye with a cf trunk that's over at fred's house from time to time. jeremy came by a couple of times when we were working on some stuff in the garage hehe.

i think you should just keep the trunk and reclear it

 

i most likely am going to keep it. just gotta get it recleared.
