12mm and 15mm is the diameter of the center holes. not the length

check out the kartboy site, you'll see 12 and 15mm diameters, then lengths
http://www2.kartboy.com/x4/home.php?cat=258

your car is a 2005 Legacy, so you have 12mm diameter hangers
http://www2.kartboy.com/x4/home.php?cat=264

so what you are looking for is:
Kartboy Exhaust Hanger Single EXTRA LONG 12 mm (BLACK)
0.750" longer C-C than stock. 12mm is the diameter of the center holes.
2.375" C-C

or as explained on http://www.fastwrx.com/karexhan.html
Dimensions
Short hanger: 3" long, about 1 3/4" wide, hole center-to-center 1 3/8", 1" thick.
Long hanger: 3 7/8" long, 2 1/8" wide, hole center-to-center 2 3/8", 1" thick.

hope that helps you

15mm would be too big of a hole. the hangers won't be snug properly

just use a bit windex or dish soap in the 12mm hanger hole :O
"Use Windex, according to Tom from KartBoy, any petroleum grease can deteriorate the urethane over time."
