good condition normal wear this exaust sounds great not to laud at idle and represents subaru when you gun it!

I have a apex N1 which is a little toned down from yours it has the resonator in it and was welded to make it a 1 piece exhaust , it is too quiet and I want a louder one

3" and quiet, hmm??? It all depends on how you drive bro. I am helix cat-less w/ my Borla XR-1 and it is not too loud when driving granny style. Then again when you go ricer fly by style it is somewhat loud, but you have to expect that running cat-less and free-flowing 3" exhaust 
If you want to get something stock looking that is 3" then i recommend the Borla XR-1. I am considering going back to the N1 look, I miss my Apex-i N1 nowadays
Also the GT Series is a full 3" so it would be even sweeter to have now too
