Are the horns made in Germany or India?

for the perrin pulley, do you have the gates tool to install? i might be interested in this. fitment on my12 sti?

 

Sorry, I don't have the tool to install this, but it should be very straight forward as far as install goes. The crank pulley was designed around the 2.5 Engine so it's fitment with your 2012 STi should be perfect, here's a quick search I did so you could see if this is what you want to go with.
