Yes, you read it correctly, I'm helping a friend out who is in the market for a Yugo. This is NOT a joke. He is willing to spend up to $400 on it, and would prefer not a far driving distance... So if any of you are selling, or know someone who is selling a Yugo (any old year will do) please post info here!
