dont know what obs is ??? but i have some 05 wrx wheels with re92s that only have 2000 miles on them that will be for sale soon.

both of those sound ok, but I'm more inclined to go with the ones that have decent tread left (even if they are the RE92's)

Where is Penngrove? Is it close to S.F.?

05's and up STI wheels with 5x114.3 aren't the correct bolt pattern for the previous years with the more Suby friendly 5x100.
