WTB: VF39, STI OEM intercooler, etc

WTB: VF39, STI OEM intercooler, etc
Ok folks, as many know now, the Forester is about to go into the shop for a new motor 
However, with a 150+k on the stock turbo, its a good chance for me to upgrade a little bit. So, here is what I am looking for
1)VF39, yea I know its not the best option but it will run OTS cobb tunes for the forester XT
2)STI intercooler, or hell even a ebay special that works with the Y pipe and proper BOV(RV)
3)stock downpipe(catted) or aftermarket one I can hide the fact it is.
So the problem here is I have to smog every 2 years, so I want to hide as many of the mods as I can. I am not worried about the tailpipe emissions, just the visual.
So, help a brother out! what do you have and what do you want for it?
