WTB: AT&T Android handset - something cheap

Anybody have something 3G-capable and Android you're interested in selling cheap? Wife's phone busted and she has a few months before she's out of contract, so just looking for a holdover.

Potentially interesting but looking for the slightly lower brow options first ($100 or less).
