Just finished a full reseal on my sisters old forester she gave up because of a headgasket and a number of other leaks.

Got it all buttoned up, drove it around for a few days then the transmission crapped out????????? Not sure what did it in, cant help but feel like it was my doing but I didn't touch the the transmission the tires are mismatched brands from the fronts though. Should've been the first thing I changed when I got it!

Horrible clack clack clack noise when rolling forward coming from the case.

Anyone have an auto trans laying around, or one I could pull out of your old not running impreza, forester, outback etc then return the car.

Cheaper the better, the thing is the beater.
